How do Lovepop cards and decor items ship?
Most of our products ship in a flat, protective envelope to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once opened, they pop up into intricate 3D designs. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes! We offer a 'Sign & Send' service where you can type a custom message and upload a photo. We will print it on a slide-out note card and mail it directly to your recipient for you.
What is your return policy for home decor and cards?
We want you to love your pop-up art. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Are Lovepop products eco-friendly?
We are committed to sustainability. Our products are made from high-quality, FSC-certified paper, and we strive to minimize waste throughout our laser-cutting and hand-assembly processes.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate gifting or events?

Will I need extra postage to mail a Lovepop card myself?
Because of the unique 3D nature and weight of our cards, they typically require a non-machinable surcharge or additional postage (usually two standard stamps for the US). We recommend checking with your local post office.
